The goods remain the property of Heather Needham until paid for in full.
Items received damaged in transit or faulty must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt as jewellery is a breakable product so we are unable to offer a lifetime guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please let us know and our friendly staff will be pleased to help. Please pack any item you are returning carefully.
Wholesale customers:Please return items in their original coded bag.
